A bathroom is the most private room in a house, and the shortest way to say what we do with information about yours is that we never have any.

A bathroom is a private room, and the shortest thing to say is that we never learn anything about yours. No form exists on the site. A call records a ZIP code, what the shower is doing, and the number it came from.

ShowerValve is a referral service, not a contractor. We connect homeowners with independent contractors. Contractors are required to hold whatever credential their state or municipality demands, and valve work opening a wall is often a permitted alteration — ask to see the permit. We carry out no work, we sell no valves, we do not set prices, and we never charge homeowners anything — the contractors in our network pay us when we route them a call. The maximum water temperature is set by your local code, not by this website.

There is nothing on this site to fill in

No form, no quote builder, no account, no email capture, no chat box. Every page is a fixed file written before you arrived. You cannot give this website your details because it has nowhere to put them.

So reading every page here and never telephoning leaves us knowing nothing whatever about you.

The four things a call records

A ZIP code and what the shower is doing, so the call can reach a contractor who covers your area. Your number arrives because you dialed, with the time and the length of the call.

Not your name, not your address, and nothing about the bathroom beyond what is needed to quote the work.

We hold nothing about the property

No record of what is installed at any address, no note of which valve anybody has, no history of who called about what. There is no file on your house here and there is no mechanism to build one.

Where it goes from here

To the contractor who answers, because they cannot bring the right cartridge for a valve they have not heard described. Nowhere else.

We do not sell contact details and we do not build lists out of calls.

Removing the record

Write to hello@nxtaflow.com with the number you called from and ask. It is the only thing the record is filed under, which is the other side of never having asked your name.

Ask whether it is the cartridge or the body.One is work through the trim, the other opens a wall, and the answer changes everything about the job. We will route you to somebody who covers your area, worked out from your ZIP code, and you are never charged. And if trouble elsewhere in the house needs attention, bring it up when you call.
